Jesus Said  "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you." Matthew 28: 19-20

Making Disciples by Sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ
We share the Gospel directly in our local work at the Bridge Ministry. In our overseas work we share the Gospel primarily through our ministry partners native to the land, supporting them with resources they need to reach the lost people in the Himalaya region.

  Teaching Pastors & Lay-leaders
We Conduct 1-3 day Ministry conferences to Encourage, Educate & Equip our native Pastors, Elders, Lay-leaders & Missionaries.

Pastor Training Course.
We use the Bible Training Center for Pastors (BTCP) curriculum to train new believers  to become pastors. The BTCP training uses a biblical, systematic, portable and comprehensive approach to providing the foundational equivalent of a good bible college or seminary education. Pastors trained through this course will have the necessary bible knowledge, ministry skills and character to properly minister to Christ’s church. The goal of our training course is to equip a pastor to know the Lord’s Word, walk authentically in His grace and minister to His people in the village he is led to serve. A newly trained pastor will receive continued support and discipleship from senior pastors within FCM-M28 ministry.

 Church Planting
Supporting the work of our native Pastors, in establishing new churches in Nepal & NE India. When establishing a new church we start with a home fellowship in the home of a new believer. Then as the body grows we transition into a temporary bamboo church, usually for 1 to 2 years then finally to the permanent brick church.
